BRUSSELS, Belgium (Nov. 28)—Huntsman Polyurethanes will cut 25 jobs at its West Deptford, N.J., facility—the firm's Americas region headquarters and a center for its polyurethanes applications development work. About 200 are employed there. The U.S. cutbacks are the final phase of a recently launched companywide cost reduction program, according to a Huntsman Polyurethanes spokesman. The firm also is closing its United Kingdom headquarters facility at Shepton Mallet, and reducing the work force at its main European center in Everberg, Belgium. These previously announced measures will involve the loss of 63 and 100 jobs, respectively.
