FRIEDRICHSHAFEN, Germany (Nov. 28)—Automotive supplier ZF Friedrichshafen A.G. has named a member of its management board to become group executive of ZF Sachs A.G., the automotive powertrain and chassis systems subsidiary it recently acquired. Hans-Georg Harter, a ZF executive since 1973, will take the reigns Jan. 1 at ZF Sachs. Among ZF Sachs' operations is the Boge rubber-to-metal components business, based in Bonn, Germany.
