CLEVELAND, Ohio (Nov. 14)—Eaton Corp. has begun a search to replace Adrian T. Dillon who, after 22 years with the manufacturer, will leave his position as executive vice president and chief financial and planning officer Nov. 30 to join another company. The Eaton position includes responsibility for the accounting, controller, corporate development, information systems, investor relations, strategic planning, tax and treasury functions
