WASHINGTON (Nov. 1)—Rubber and plastic goods prices fell in June from May, but showed an increase compared to June 2000. June R&P goods prices fell 0.2 percent from May, according to data compliled by teh U.S. Department Labor´s Bureau of Labor Statistics. Tires and tubes, the largest category, showed no change in June from the previous month, while hose and belt prices fell 0.1 percent. Overall R&P product prices increased 1.6 percent from June 2000.
