LAKE MARY, Fla. (Oct. 24)—BarrierMed Glove Co. Inc., the Lake Mary-based manufacturer of latex-free surgical gloves, is donating 150,000 pairs of 100-percent polyisoprene surgical gloves to the federal government to help postal workers and others who may be exposed to deadly anthrax spores. BarrierMed also is negotiating with the U.S. Postal Service to supply gloves for postal workers under a regular contract, according to Victor Ragucci, founder and president of BarrierMed.
