DETROIT (Sept. 7)—General Motors Corp. said it will end all production of Oldsmobiles with 2004 models .When GM announced last December that it would kill the brand, the car maker's plan was to continue to make Oldsmobile branded vehicles until the end of their current product lifecycle or when market demand fell below economically viable levels. However, the brand has remained unprofitable, GM said in a written release. Production of the Oldsmobile Intrigue and Aurora-V6 will end next June, while the AuroraùV8 will roll off the lines only until May of 2003. GM has yet to determine the exact end dates in 2004 for production of the Alero, Silhouette and Bravada.
