CLEVELAND (Sept. 4)—Parker Hannifin has completed its purchase of Eaton Corp.´s Aeropquip Air Conditioning and Refrigeration business, Parker announced. The deal, made for an undisclosed amount, gives Parker ownership of the $75 million per year AC&R unit, which employes more than 600 employees at its New Haven, Ind., facility. Parker plans to operate the unit as a new division of its Climate and Industrial Controls business, said the Cleveland-based maker of diversified motion and control technologies and systems.
