CARMEL, Ind. (Aug 20)—Firestone Building Products Co. is expanding its Denver, Colo., insulation manufacturing plant to meet rising demand for polyiso roof insulation, the company announced. The current 72,000-sq.-ft. facility will relocate to a new 262,000-sq.-ft. facility to be built in Aurora, Colo. Construction began in early July and the warehouse portion is expected to be completed in December. Firestone will transfer the existing manufacturing line during January and February, and full production at the site is scheduled to in March 2002, Firestone said.
