CHURUBUSCO, Ind. (June 1)—The Rubber Industry Buyers Alliance signed its sixth member, Dylan Custom Mixing L.L.C., late last month. Dylan increases RIBA's raw material purchasing clout, but also brings bringing custom compounding services to those the consortium offers. Dylan began operations last fall after purchasing the former Armstrong/Pirelli tire plant in Madison, Tenn., according to RIBA President Chip Chambers.
