WARMINSTER, Pa. (April 18)—Rubber roller compound supplier Base-Line Inc. has increased capacity via its move to a new facility and numerous equipment upgrades, plus has added several international licensees to sell its Ryno-brand roller materials. Auburn, Wash.-based Base-Line moved its Jomac Product Group operations to a 23,500-sq.-ft. plant in Warminster, Pa., this February. Previously the company took up about half of a 45,000-sq.-ft. building in Warrington, Pa., located about five miles away. While the increase in square footage at the new plant is minimal, the site is more conducive to production control, with improved machinery and a totally renovated laboratory. The result is a capacity increase of 30-40 percent.
