CLEVELAND (April 16)—The M.F. Cachat Co. is expanding a marketing agreement with Halox to distribute Halox's line of corrosion inhibitors in the northern Midwest. Under the new deal, M.F. Cachat will distribute Halox's Corrosion Inhibiting Pigments, Tannin Stain Inhibiting Pigments and Flash-Rust Inhibitors in Illinois (north of Springfield) and Indiana (north of Indianapolis), upper Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. Under a previous agreement, M.F. Cachat had distributed Halox's line throughout the New England area, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and parts of eastern New York and Pennsylvania. The expanded territory goes into effect June 1, 2001, M.F. Cachat said.
