TOLEDO, Ohio (April 4)—Dana Corp. has agreed to sell its Fluid Systems operation in Dallas, Texas, to the Maxair division of Standard Motor Products Inc. Terms of the agreement were not released. The operation manufactures fin-tube bundles and evaporator, tube and hose assemblies for the automotive heating, ventilation and air conditioning aftermarket. The unit, which posted sales of about $7 million last year, employs about 30. Dana also said it would close its Kendallville, Ind., Fluid Systems plant, consolidating production of fuel lines and fuel senders from there into other sites.
