LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa. (Jan. 30)—Air Products and Chemicals Inc. said it will increases prices for its polyurethane prepolymers and surface-modified particles Feb. 23. Citing its need to recover raw material and production cost increases, Air Products said it will raise Airthane and Versathane prepolymer prices 4 to 8 cents per pound. Versalink oligomeric diamine curative prices will rise 15 cents per pound, and Primax surface-modified particles will go up 5 cents per pound.
