BUFFALO, N.Y. (Dec. 4)—P. David Campbell, vice chairman and president of Goodyear Dunlop Tires North America Ltd., plans to retire March 31, 2001, after a more-than 30-year career, and will be replaced by James Galoppo. The company said Campbell is credited with the turnaround of Dunlop Tire Corp., which had significant losses for 10 years before he became president and CEO in August 1995. Galoppo has been with Dunlop for 28 years, and currently is its chief financial officer. He will be the firm´s vice chairman and president.
