ADRIAN, Mich. (Nov. 30)—Wacker Silicones Corp. will raise prices on its silicone products effective the fourth quarter of 2000, the company said. The increases are being initiated to offset the rising costs of "raw materials, packaging, energy and logistics" and affect all silicone products, including fluids, heat-cured and liquid rubber, emulsions, resins, formulated products and Wacker HDK fumed silica. Price increases will vary from 5 to 10 percent, Wacker said.
