FULLERTON, Calif. (Nov. 16)—Dan Ogden, Yokohama Tire Corp. president and chief operating officer, is resigning from the company after 3 1/2 years. The onetime Bridgestone/Firestone Inc. vice president will leave Nov. 20 to devote more time to Appointment Zone Inc., an e-commerce and planning company based in his home state of Arizona, Yokohama said. Ogden, who also is a major shareholder and a director of Appointment Zone, had been commuting between Fullerton and his home in Arizona, and decided to be closer to his family, the Japanese-owned tire firm said.
