LAS VEGAS (Nov. 1)—The Rubber Manufacturers Association will launch a program on Nov. 15 to significantly expand its consumer education campaign. The program "will be an aggressive and well-funded effort to bring drivers the tire care and maintenance information they need and want," RMA President Donald Shea said at a news conference at the International Tire Exposition in Las Vegas. Final details and funding levels for the effort still are being finalized and will be unveiled Nov. 15 in Washington.
