CLEVELAND (Sept. 26)—Eaton Corp. has agreed to sell the Vickers Electrics Division of Aeroquip-Vickers S.p.A. to Moog Inc. The unit employs 162 at a single plant in Casella, Italy, and generates $20 million annually through the sale of high-performance electric drives. Vickers Electrics was a part of Vickers Electronics Systems when Eaton acquired Aeroquip-Vickers Inc. in 1999.
