CLEVELAND, Ohio (Sept. 8)—BioMec Inc. has formed a new subsidiary by combining two recently acquired medical device manufacturers, MediCon Inc. and InnoMedica Inc., and creating BioMec Cardiovascular Inc. The new company will be based in Minneapolis, Minn., where both InnoMedica and MediCon were previously located and will be headed by Vincent P. Owens, one of the original four employees of BioMec Inc.
