TORONTO (July 20)—Polyphalt Inc. said it has completed a master license agreement with a Chinese company that will bring its polymer-modified asphalt technology to China. The Toronto-based company will get $800,000 for the license with a subsidiary of Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Ltd.
