MIDLAND, Mich. (July 11)—Dow Chemical Co. plans to build a propylene oxide and styrene monomer facility at one of its fully integrated sites on the U.S. Gulf Coast. The company said the plant will be the first Dow facility to use a co-product propylene oxide/styrene monomer process. The cost of the project wasn´t given.
