MILWAUKEE (July 11)—Johnson Controls Inc.´s holding company has made a $100.7 million offer to buy Ikeda Bussan Co. Ltd., a Japanese maker of automotive seating. The Japanese company is the primary supplier of seating to Nissan, according to Johnson Controls, itself an automotive seating and interior systems maker.
