GOTHENBURG, Sweden (June 29)—SKF A.B., parent of seal maker Chicago Rawhide, has acquired Sealpool A.B., a Swedish maker of sealing systems for hydraulic and pneumatic applications. Sealpool, based in Landskrona, Sweden, reports annual sales of about $8.5 million, with 33 employees. Terms fo the deal were not released.
