MIDDLEBURY, Conn. (June 28)—Uniroyal Chemical, a Crompton Corp. business unit, has built an Adiprene low-free toulene diisocyanate urethane prepolymer plant in Latina, Italy. The facility, its first outside the U.S., represents a multimillion dollar investment that gives customers an alternative to conventional urethane prepolymers with higher free TDI content, the company said.
