HOUSTON, Texas (June 26)—The International Institute of Synthetic Rubber Producers is hosting a three-day symposium evaluating the health risks of 1,3-butadiene, isoprene and chloroprene Sept. 12-14 in London. "The objective of this symposium is to bring together scientists from academia, government and industry to discuss the current knowledge and future research needed on these substances," Jim McGraw, IISRP managing director, said.
