NEW YORK (June 21)—Silicone rubber medical products maker Vesta Inc. has added equipment to meet growing demand. The company installed three liquid injection molders, an automated inspection machine, an automatic die punch unit and a Ram Optical Inspection system at its Franklin, Wis., plant, said Vesta President Glenn Hubbard. The cost of the machinery wasn´t disclosed. Hubbard discussed the equipment addition while attending the Medical Design & Manufacturing East Exposition June 6-8 in New York.
