FINDLAY, Ohio (June 19)—Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has appointed John Fahl to the position of executive vice president of the corporation. Fahl, who joined the firm in 1955, takes on the new responsibility in addition to his continued role as president of the Cooper Tire Group. The firm also has named Roderick F. Millhof executive vice president of its Cooper-Standard Automotive division. In his new role, Millhof will oversee sales and marketing of the unit and supervise operations of Cooper-Standard´s joint ventures with Japan´s Nishiwaka Rubber Co. and Korea´s Jin Young Standard, Cooper Tire & Rubber announced.
