MIDLAND, Mich. (May 24)—Dow Corning Corp. is raising prices 8 to 10 percent on selected items in its sealant, dimethyl fluid, cyclic and heat-cured rubber product lines, effective June 1. "Significant erosions in selling prices and manufacturing margins over the past 18 months" necessitated the price increases, Dow Corning said.
