TUCSON, Ariz. (May 12)—Guthrie Latex Inc., a large North American supplier of natural centrifuged latex, and Crusader Chemical Co. have formed an alliance for distribution of Baltimore-based Crusader´s defoamers and dewebbers. Crusader manufactures 14 standard products used in the process of medical, surgical and household gloves, balloons, condoms, anesthesia bags and other latex dipped goods. Guthrie Latex, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kumpulan Guthrie Berhad of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is based in Tucson and has bulk terminals in Baltimore; Savannah, Ga.; Houston; and Brownsville, Texas.
