TOLEDO, Ohio (May 11)—Dana Corp. plans to sell off its global Chelsea Power Take-Off operations. The sale of the auxiliary power equipment manufacturer is part of Dana´s plan to focus on its core businesses. Chelsea, with 136 employees at plants in the U.S. and England, reported sales of $57 million in 1999.
