LONG BEACH, Calif. (May 8)—Motex Healthcare Corp., a Taipei, Taiwan-based latex medical glove manufacturer, plans to double capacity at its manufacturing facility in Thailand, according to Motex President Y.C. Cheng. The expansion, which is slated to begin at the end of 2000 and take about one year to complete, will bring annual capacity at the plant to 600 million gloves from 300 million, Cheng said. He did not give a dollar amount for the expansion.
