MONTREAL (April 19)—Tirex Corp. said it has made "additional adjustments and improvements" to its TCS-1 cryogenic tire recycling system as it moves the process toward commercialization. The advances are to the system´s fracturing mill, to increase its ability to process varying sizes of rubber pieces and improve separation of crumb, steel and fiber, according to Louis V. Muro, Tirex vice president of engineering.
