XIAN, China (April 14)—Gates Rubber Co. has entered into a partnership with Chinese company, Shaanxi Victory Co. Ltd., to open its first hydraulic hose distributor outlet in China. The distributor, located in Xian in north-central China, will target heavy equipment applications in the construction industry and is outfitted with Gates crimping and cutting equipment.
