(March 6)—Ansell Healthcare Inc., the rubber glove and condom arm of Australian-based Pacific Dunlop Ltd., has received regulatory approval to proceed with the purchase of the global medical glove business of Johnson & Johnson Medical for $98 million. ``This will add $90 million to $100 million to our sales line and about 10 percent to our total size,´´ Ansell President Harry Boon said. Johnson & Johnson Medical´s surgical and examination gloves are sold in 40 countries, have strong brand recognition and a reputation for consistent quality and reliability, Ansell said.
