BUFFALO, N.Y.—Goodyear Dunlop Tires North America Ltd. has reassigned two company veterans as part of the reorganization of its Tonawanda, N.Y., production facility.
Dunlop named Robert E. Saunders manager of industrial engineering for the site.
With the company since 1990, Saunders previously was manager of central engineering at its Amherst, N.Y., headquarters.
His new duties will entail oversight of overall plant engineering operations, including production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
The tire maker also named Timothy J. Nabozny uniformity team specialist.
In his new capacity, Nabozny will establish and supervise plant-wide systems to ensure efficient scrap management and goal compliance.
Nabozny has been with Dunlop for 19 years.
