NATCHEZ, Miss. (Feb. 4)—A Mississippi federal court has ordered Condere Corp. to give back 11 off-the-road tire curing presses and several other pieces of equipment the company leased from a New Jersey financing firm more than six years ago. Under the order, Condere, now operating under the umbrella of Titan International Inc., must allow CIT Group/Equipment Financing Inc. to take the 75-inch presses inside the Natchez tire plant within 10 days.
