LONDON (Feb. 7)—India has sent the International Rubber Study Group "a very short letter" withdrawing from the international statistical organization effective the end of June, according to IRSG Secretary-General A.F.S. Budiman. Also, Budiman said Ivory Coast—which is in the throes of a government coup—has not paid its IRSG dues for two years and faces suspension in June if it doesn´t make good on its debt.
