CLEVELAND (Feb. 4)—Goodyear has won the U.S. District Court case regarding the Entran II radiant heating hose it manufactured for Heatway Systems, a radiant heating system designer and distributor, between 1989-1993. A jury found unanimously that the hose was fit to be sold for radiant heating applications when Goodyear shipped it to Heatway. However, despite the verdict, Goodyear still faces further litigation in other courts across North America where homes and buildings have been damaged by leaking systems containing Entran II.
