(Jan. 12)—Barry Controls, a manufacturer of shock and vibration control components, has spent about $3 million to upgrade its manufacturing operation while developing international alliances in Mexico, Taiwan and China. In addition, the company has installed a complete Oracle business system and implemented lean manufacturing initiatives.
