WARSAW, Poland—Sanok Rubber Co. S.A. is expanding its operations with the acquisition of rubber parts maker Teknikum Group.
Based in Sastamala, Finland, Teknikum operates four production plants in Finland and one facility in Hungary, Sanok said in a December press release.
Sanok did not provide transaction details.
Tekmikum generates revenue of around $75.5 million and earnings (EBITDA) of $7.5 million per year. Its product portfolio includes specialized industrial hoses, including those for cleaning systems used in the mining industry.
The group also produces rubber compounds, molded rubber, silicone and plastics products for technical applications, and components to protect industrial equipment against wear and corrosion.
