MARIETTA, Ga.—Belt Power L.L.C. is becoming synonymous with buying power.
The fabricator of belting and components for lightweight conveyor systems continues its rapid growth with its fifth bolt-on in the last year alone, acquiring Mol Belting Systems of Grand Rapids, Mich.
Mol Belting, founded in 1986, adds fabrication and distribution capabilities in process conveyor belting, accessories and power transmission applications for Belt Power.
Terms of the transaction, which closed June 17, were not disclosed.

In-house engineering services allow Mol to offer specialty custom solutions for customers, and the company now has access to Belt Power's expanding network of services.
Mol also offers unique solutions for grocery checkout, parcel and warehouse, and treadmill applications.
