MUNICH, Germany—Wacker Chemie A.G. said it is deepening its ties with Siliconas Silam S.A., a silicones compounder in Spain, through an agreement in which Siliconas Silam may sell ready-to-use products made from Wacker silicone rubber base under its own label.
