“The current economic climate has made it difficult to attract enough registrants to make this year’s International Silicone Conference the vibrant
event we all expected. As a result, Rubber & Plastics News has decided to cancel the conference in 2009. While the idea behind the conference remains
viable and worthwhile, this year’s conference co-chairs agreed the timing would be difficult for our target market. We will schedule the conference again
in 2010 when we anticipate the economic climate will be much improved”

Rubber & Plastics News and the Conference Chairman, Bill Cole, have decided to postpone the conference in 2009 due to travel restrictions imposed on our
target audiences as a result of the economy. We will schedule the conference again in 2010 when we anticipate the economic climate will be much improved.
