"The current economic climate has made it difficult to attract enough registrants to make this year’s Rubber Goes Green Conference the vibrant event we all expected. As a result, Rubber & Plastics News and our Conference Chairman, Bill Cole, have decided to postpone the conference in 2009. While the idea behind the conference remains viable and worthwhile, the timing would be difficult for our target market to travel to Cleveland. We will schedule the conference again in 2010 when we anticipate the economic climate will be much improved."
