Internet Exposure
Thousands of Internet visitors come to our website looking for specific conference information - from paper abstracts and schedules to information on industry suppliers. Each page on the conference site will include the exhibitor's logo which will be linked back to their website. The logos will rotate to the top as each page is viewed. The exhibitor's name on the exhibit floor plan will also link to their website. The conference website is accessible long after the conference is over, providing you with the exceptional exposure all year long.

Print Exposure
We send conference marketing brochures to our extensive databases of industry professionals worldwide. We'll give you great brand recognition by including your company logo on all promotional mailings. In addition, your logo will be in included in a "Thank You" ad in the Papers Presentation and Notebook binder provided to each delegate as they pick up their registration materials.

On-Site Exposure
Your logo will be included on signage that will be in front of hundreds of captive industry decision-makers during the presentations. You'll have great interaction and sales opportunities with industry professionals at our complimentary refreshment breaks, lunches and our networking cocktail receptions.

Post Conference Exposure
You will receive the complete file of attendees in a format that you can use to contact delegates after the conference. Registrations
Each exhibitor receives two Complimentary Full Conference registrations for both conferences and the complete set of papers presented at both conferences. Two additional exhibit booth personnel full conference registrations will be provided at the Courtesy rate of $150 each.
