A good balance between technology and manufacturing applications, materials and compounding along with pertinent business issues were presented at the fifth annual International Latex Conference, July 30, 31, 2002. New for this year's program, Jim Finn, conference chairman, with the assistance of renowned latex specialists, paneled three 60-minute question and answer sessions covering Synthetic Latex, Natural Latex, Compounding, Materials and Processing. The sessions were a resounding success in providing for an on-going exchange of ideas that helped increase the total knowledge of the latex industry. The 6th annual International Latex Conference is scheduled for July 29-30, 2003 at the Hilton Akron/Fairlawn, Akron Ohio.
