The Technospeed machine provides the customer with a competitive advantage from a production point of view. Thanks to its operating efficiency, the Technospeed has exclusivity for applying rubber molding solutions. Several characteristics and advantages of the Technospeed horizontal press will be discussed, which are considered unique to the rubber molding market. For example, the main advantages of the Technospeed are summarized in four levels: technical, operational, economical, and production. Beyond the 2 tie bars clamping, the most important advantage of the Technospeed is related to the possibility of the mold rotation. From the technical point of view, the Technospeed produces complex parts on a machine built for efficiency and reliability. The operational advantages in the process operations are necessary to be made on the mold or on the machine. The economic advantages allow a cost savings for automation equipment and the compound through the use of pre-forming molding. Finally, production advantages include the possibility of faster cycles and more efficient part unloading. It is in the evolution of our businesses and constant research of new targets where machines like the Technospeed represent an ideal means for new future challenges.
